Bill Hawkey started in the cleaning business in 1969. In 1972, he became co-owner of a Servicemaster franchise and did cleaning of residential and commercial properties, which included the clean-up of fire, smoke, and water damage. After working closely with area contractors on the construction end of the fire damage, Bill Hawkey's business also evolved to include reconstruction services.

   Bill Hawkey and Associates was incorporated in 1988 and has since been a "One-Stop Service" for the insurance companies and their insureds who have suffered a property loss from fire, smoke, or water damage. AIC designation from the Insurance Institute of America has given Bill Hawkey and Associates the knowledge to help both the insurance company and their insureds make the restoration process a positive experience.
Through years of quality service, Bill Hawkey and Associates has earned the designation as a preferred contractor by most major insurance companies.

   Recently, for the water damage side of the business, a specialized course in the area of mold remediation has been completed to aid our knowledge in the handling of water damage restoration and the prevention of mold damage.
